What It Feels Like to Work With Kierica

If you’re wondering what it’s like to sit across from me…

You know how to keep going. You show up, handle what needs to be handled, take care of everybody else, and somehow make it all look easier than it actually feels.

But who takes care of you?

Therapy with me is a place where you can finally put some of that weight down. I bring warmth, compassion, and real conversation into the room while helping you make sense of what you’re feeling and what you need. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, trauma, or a major life transition, you don't have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door.

We’ll figure it out together.

Therapy with Kierica feels like:
Warm: You deserve a space where you can exhale and feel genuinely supported.

Practical: Insight matters, but so does figuring out what to actually do with it.

Empowering: We’ll strengthen your voice, your boundaries, and your ability to make choices that honor you.

Whole: You’re more than a diagnosis or a difficult season. We make room for the full person you bring into therapy.

Let’s Connect

If you’re tired of carrying everything quietly, struggling to set boundaries without guilt, or simply ready for your life to feel as good on the inside as it looks on the outside, I’d love to work with you.

You don’t have to arrive with all the answers.

Just bring yourself. We can start there.

Words I Hold Close:

“You do not have to set yourself on fire to keep other people warm.” — Unknown

Why this quote?

Loving people and losing yourself in the process are different. Therapy can be where you learn that boundaries aren't rejection, rest isn't selfish, and taking care of yourself doesn't mean abandoning the people you love.

Sometimes healing isn't about doing more.

Sometimes it's finally giving yourself permission to matter, too.
