At Sweetgrass Counseling & Consultation, we believe meaningful healing and lasting change begin with connection, understanding, and intentional support. Our services extend beyond traditional therapy to meet the evolving needs of individuals, couples, families, professionals, and organizations. Counseling Services
We provide individual, couple, family, and group counseling services for youth and adults aged 0-99. In addition to counseling services, we help families navigate the mental health system and provide referral support.
If we can’t support your counseling needs, we will provide a referral to another agency or counselor.
Consultation Services
Our consultation services are designed to meet the unique and specific needs of our clients. Our professional expertise and knowledge are grounded in mental health wellness and student support services. We believe that consultation begins with meeting the client where they are and supporting their efforts to improve whole-child practices in schools and communities.
Professional Development
Expert professional development for schools and communities on a variety of topics and practices. Professional development topics include mental health wellness and support in schools, social-emotional learning, school counseling, trauma-informed practices, restorative practices, school climate, educator wellness and self-care, multi-tiered systems of support, and culturally-responsive practices in schools.
Because we believe in supporting all the adults who take care of our youth, we also provide workshops and training for families or the community.
School Counseling Services
In addition to providing school counseling services, we can help schools develop a comprehensive school counseling program that supports students’ academic development, social-emotional development, and college-career readiness.
