  • With nearly 20 years in the mental health field, I bring both lived experience and clinical expertise into every session. My work has spanned behavioral health, inpatient care, geriatrics, forensics, and private practice. I’m trained in EMDR and specialize in helping clients heal from deep emotional wounds, especially the kind that have been carried quietly for too long.
